Hi Brien

Hope everything is going well at Black Bear Farms. Just thought I would send you some current photos of Diego (Oct.4th litter). He is growing well, very strong and very handsome!! I am constantly getting stopped while walking him by people who are either curious about his pedigree or generally commenting on what a nice looking dog he is. It has been nice seeing him grow, mature and bond with our two young children. He has been a nice addition to our family. We introduced him to the lake at our cottage a few weeks ago and although a little hesitant at first once he saw the kids in the water he seemed to get pretty comfortable. Keep doing what you do, your dogs are truly special!!

Hi Brien

Our puppy is great, we absolutely adore him!! The kids have named him Diego and he has adjusted very well. He is growing very fast and will be a good sized dog. He weighed in at 47 lbs two weeks ago at the last visit to the vet. We started basic obedience classes this past Tuesday and he really enjoyed being with the other dogs. (He loves people and other dogs!)

Thanks again for the great companionship, he a great dog. Who knows maybe we will get him a friend in the future. It would be nice to bring him up sometime to see Annie &Chief. We will keep you posted as to his development and hope all is well.

Hi Brien

Here are a few pictures of the girls with Diego. As you can see the three of them are very close. The kids seem to be growing just as fast as he is. He is an amazing dog and has been a nice addition to our family!!

We made it back home with the puppy without a problem, he seemed happy to sleep most of the way. The kids have named him Diego and they are totally in love with him. He has adapted well to his new environment and he is getting lots of attention. We just wanted to thank you for everything. We are looking forward to many years of companionship with our new friend!! We will keep you posted as to his development and send you pictures periodically. All the best!!

Notice

Descriptions and predictions of a puppy's temperament and physical characteristics when mature are based on our experience. When a puppy matures its actual physical and character traits may differ.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Puppy values decline as puppies get older. Price reductions for unsold older puppies represent the value lost to an owner for not being able to raise and train a puppy from infancy. Price reductions for older puppies do not reflect a reduction in the quality of the puppies sold nor do lower values for older puppies reduce the value of the higher priced puppies sold for optimum adoption dates.

In our experience, there is no disadvantage to adopting an older GBSD puppy. The Weimaraner breed is naturally able to bond with its master and family. In our experience purchasing an older puppy at a discount has little or no effect on one’s ability to train or socialize the dog. Purchasing an older puppy will not inhibit strength of the bond that will develop between you or your family and the puppy when treated with love, care and attention. Older puppies are often house trained and have had all their vaccination shots.
