Hi Brien!!!
My husband and I recieved a beautiful puppy from you in July. We named her Chloe. We absolutely love her. She is so gentle, calm, yet loves to run and play. It’s our first dog, but she has been so easy to train. She loves other dogs, any type of person, and does not run away when off leash! She is very eager to please, and does not bark! Thank you so much for such a great first dog experience!!! We love our walks, it’s fun to see her get so excited.
Here are a few more pics
Thanks again!

Dear Brien,
I have written this Thank-You note to you many times in my head as Ginger and I are out on our frequent walks. We could not have imagined what a wonderful family pet she would be; not only is she gorgeous, she is super affectionate, fun-loving and very easy to train. She loves our family pak walks, is great with other dogs and what a joy to be able to walk with her off leash. She will be four months next week and we have had such an amazing two months with her all ready. She was completely house trained at 12 weeks, listens to our children’s commands, and will even come when called when on a scent, but best of all she loves to curl up with each family member.
Does this sound too perfect, well she is for us. All your advice was bang on and very helpful; the only thing that can be a little trying (although quite amusing to watch) is the counter-cruising which you told us about; we have adapted by teaching her to stay out of the kitchen and placing items further back. She is very clever and learns quickly. Everyone comments on her friendliness and good looks. She definately could have a future in agility competitions but for now we are just going to attend our first obedience class next week.
Hope all is well with you and your beautiful dogs.
Thank you very very much.
Kindest Regards,
Mary Ann and Family

Subject: Macy In Newfoundland
Hello Brien
Amy and myself just wanted to give you an update on our GBSD Macy. If you remember she was from the litter Annie and Chief born on Jan 30 / 08. She has matured into a beautiful dog. Her temperment has become one of the most loving and social I have ever seen for a dog. She goes everywhere we go, she has become so calm that she even goes on house visits with are friends, who have very small children. She actually has become a life saver for my entire family. Unfortunately the position I have right now requires me to be away from Amy and Macy for extended periods of time. She allows Amy to feel safe and has been the perfect companion for here when I am away. In the same time she has been a crutch for my mother who has had a difficult time in the last couple of months including losing her dog of 18 years. My mother will come and take her for long walks in the park and take her for over night stays.
The only difficulty we are having with her is that when left alone for any period of time she becomes destructive. She will tear up a familar resting place, such as her dog bed, the only couch she is allowed on, and lately our bed (which Amy allows her to sleep on when I am gone, against my wishes). We find she is fine when left with another dog which we have been doing with Amy’s parents dog. We have been told it is an anxiety problem.
So another reason we are writing you is that Amy and myself are moving into a larger house with a large plot of land and we think we are able to sustain another dog. We are hoping this helps with Macy’s anxiety and also add a little move love (and fun to our family). We would love to be able to get the exact same as Macy, a 3/4 weim with a 1/4 lab. Just wondering if this type of mix will be breed in the upcoming year. Another litter from A nnie and Chief would be idle if that was planned. Please let us know.
She is always being complemented on her stature and beautiful coat.
Regards
Matt F. – St John’s
