Hi Brien,
long time, no talk. I guess Daisy’s birthday was sometime this week; which makes her 4 now. We are doing well here. Have a new addition to the family, Logan (our son, not another dog
Daisy is doing really well with him (took a couple corrections early on when they were both jockeying for the best view out the front door), but now she understands that supplementary feedings always come from him.
I keep wondering when we are going to bump into a relative of hers here in Toronto…..would be nice to have a blog (or something) to reach out and find her siblings should they be in the general GTA area.
Her health has been good for the most part. Oh yeah, also had a pretty good injury a bit ago where she ran full tilt into the end of a small culvert. Thanks to the local vet we managed to staple and stitch every thing back together again and no long term damage. Gotta love how resilient dogs are.
There pretty much isn’t a day that goes by where some complete stranger says that she is the best looking dog they have ever seen. Her grey colour is striking. One of our dog neighbours called her the ‘Naomi Campbell’ of the dog world. Tell Chief and Annie they make nice dogs (hope they are still in your life).
I have attached a couple photos of our ‘super model’. On Father’s day and Christmas.
Jennifer

Brien,
Wanted to send you a recent photo of Daisy at the Humber Bay beach in Toronto a few weekends ago when it was terribly foggy. She is doing very well, although initiated a hobby of woodworking/carving yesterday on a chair. Not bad for an 8 month old!
I think she looks more like Chief than Annie, what do you think?
Merry Christmas!
